Overview
Reports to the Director, Clinical Integration and Change Management, and is responsible for establishing and monitoring the performance of selected outsourced programs providing service for Yale-New Haven Health System. Ensures standardization of services and performance across the health system and ensures coordination of daily services and functions as liaison between the Health System and outsourced vendors.
1. Responisble for establishing and monitoring the performance of selected outsourced vendors providing services for Yale-New Haven Health System.
2. Responsible for the financial planning and performance of assigned programs to include and any needed capital acquisition support.
3. Ensures standardization and coordination of daily services and functions as liaison between the Health System, the Delivery Networks, the outsourced vendors, and assigned programs.
4. Serves as primary subject matter expert and advisor of selected services provided by the vendors under their span of control, and the needs of the hospitals in that domain.
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years experience in hospital-related materials management operations. Major project planning and implementation experience.

PHYSICAL DEMAND
Must be able to walk on foot throughout a large campus. Must be able to drive to various YNHHS delivery network locations
