SRNL’s Materials Technology and Energy Division is seeking qualified candidates to grow the laboratory’s portfolio in the areas of materials sciences, materials development for the immobilization of nuclear wastes, and the upcycling of non-nuclear waste types.
Successful candidates would have demonstrated technical skills to solve complex scientific problems and experience with hydration chemistry and characterization of cementitious materials as well as an understanding of mechanisms of chemical durability of materials and basic mechanical systems.
