Salary Range: $27.49 - $37.90
Pay rates are determined based on experience and internal equity.
Position Summary:
- Under the general supervision of the Director of Materials Management
- Oversees the operations of Central Supply and the Warehouse
- Must work well under stress or tight deadlines.
- Must work well with supervisors, co-workers, patients/residents, family members, and visitors.

Position Duties/Responsibility
- Provides supervision to all staff within central services and the warehouse.
- Oversees the daily delivery of supplies to departments in a timely manner.
- Oversees the inventory in both central supply and the warehouse playing a role in the management, addition, and removal of stock items, respectively.
- Oversees the transfer process when items are removed from stock and delivered to the floor.
- Oversees stocking processes.
- Serves as a liaison between the purchasing office and central supply/warehouse.
- Serves as a liaison between all hospital departments and vendors.
- Serves as the lead for all projects within central supply and the warehouse.
- Be a super-user of the materials management information system.
- Oversees the scheduling of central supply and the warehouse staff.
- Cross-trains all central services and warehouse staff.
- Oversees the department's regulatory compliance.
- Works with director on process and quality improvement initiatives for central supply and the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of high school education or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience working in materials management with an understanding of the supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with and an understanding of materials management information systems.
