- Background: The chosen candidate will assist in the development of magneto-resistive memory (MRAM) process for various technologies. The position is for a process engineer to be involved with the development of MRAM process. The chosen candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in process development with hands on various processing modules and tools.
- Job Duties:
- Job Duty 1 - Operating semiconductor processing tools such as Ion-beam-etchers, PVD deposition tools and annealing furnaces
- Job Duty 2 - Operating semiconductor characterization tools such as SEM, AFM
- Job Duty 3 - Communication with various staff members and sector engineers regarding wafers, lots when an input is required or in case of emergencies
- Basic Skills, clearances and other elements required, in order of importance, and number of years' experience, where applicable, in each skill:
- Required: Experience in semiconductor etch tool operation & troubleshooting
- Required: Excellent communication skills with vendors and research staff
- Required: Experience in basic data analysis
- Other Skills Desired, Years in each skill, where applicable:
- Preferred: Experience in semiconductor characterization such as AFM, SEM, Ellipsometry
- Preferred: Familiarity with MRAM Process
