### Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Representative with a strong history of customer service. The Sales Rep is responsible for estimating bid opportunities for residential clients/prospects. We provide the leads and schedule the appointments. Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated sales pro with at least 2 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service. Experience in residential construction is a requirement. He/She must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have his/her own vehicle to use on the job. This is a Full Time Position.
### Responsibilities:
-
- Meet with residential customers to discuss their specific needs and generate and submit an estimate in a timely fashion. 2-4 per day
- These are warm leads that are qualified and scheduled for you.
- Ensure that the estimate contains the correct project information, products, quantities, and incorporates any changes requested by the customer.
- Perform inspections/site walk-throughs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through phone calls and visits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
### Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Experience using CRM software is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in Residential Renovation is desirable
