Responsible for warehouse department activities and become proficient in each area. Works in the Blue Ash Warehouse operating a forklift, entering data in the SAP system, and performing other various warehouse functions while being an outstanding teammate. Encouraged to increase knowledge of their area and warehouse operations, Standard Operating Procedures, improve on operating efficiencies, maintain a safe, orderly, and Good Manufacturing Practices work environment all times. Prior warehouse and forklift experience is desired, but is not required. An outstanding work ethic, and excellent punctuality is important for succeeding in this role.
Completes' tasks involved with movement of materials in and out of the warehouse which includes:
- Engages incoming and outgoing carriers as needed.
- Unloads materials from manufacturing site and outside suppliers.
- Loads materials for transfer to the primary warehouse.
- Prepares / provides carrier with paperwork required for shipments to be shipped accurately (i.e.: BOL, Packing list, labeling, MSDS sheets)
- Completes required SAP transactions to receive, transfer, store of goods issue materials stored at primary warehouse.
- Stores materials as appropriate (i.e.: controlled temperature, rack vs floor, accurate stack height, etc.)
- Maintains temperature and humidity chart recorders.
- Process orders accurately for customers providing requested GMID, Batch and Qty.
- Responsible for processing small parcel Fed Ex shipments.
- Process Hazmat and DG Shipments.
- Uses fork truck to move product.
- Delivers and coordinates inter office mail and deliveries.
- General housekeeping duties may or may not need to be done.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- 1 year related experience preferred.
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and operate the equipment at various heights.
- Digital literacy to navigate ERP systems, Outlook and shipping software in order to support the operation in its daily functions.

- Ability to excel in a high paced team environment, maintain strong attendance, perform with little to no supervision, and identify/address issues.

- Ability to receive and complete general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.
