- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines; monitor and maintain quality standards
- Move raw materials, components, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations
- Ensure that material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form, and function and suitability for storage/shipment
- Complete a Forklift Operators Checklist prior to operating equipment and immediately report any unsafe conditions that exist Load all inbound and outbound freight as needed
- Provide assistance with offline orders Stage and conduct production job changes by conducting color changes, posting the paperwork, supplying the presses with correct components, and removing components from the previous order
- Accurately record production totals
- Perform cycle counting of various products, components, and supplies
- Stock and issue materials or merchandise as needed
- Perform necessary work in the tool crib and maintain tool and supply logs when required Investigate inventory inaccuracies
- Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
