Education/Experience Requirements:
Prior Manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Ability to use a Wand applicator cleaning systems
- Must have good close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distancevision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationship) and the ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
- Must pass a pre-hire Pulmonary Lung Function test. Required to wear fresh air hood and/or respirator
- Properly handle hazardous materials and follow safety rules
- Able to lift products weighing up to 60 pounds in a vertical or horizontal position up to a minimum of chest height
- Interact professionally with customers, vendors, visitors and co-workers.

Job Description:
- Load/Unload Paint Line
- Hang parts on Paint Line hangers in a vertical or horizontal position depending on material part number
- Move Paint Line hangers on the trolley system to the correct location
- Unhang parts from the trolley system
- Pack finished parts per customer requirements
- Wash and Mask
- Prep parts for wash and paint on a rotating basis so that product is constantly flowing
- Record daily water usage levels and test each stage for proper titration levels
- Prepare/Complete reports as needed
- Maintain productivity level to insure the timely delivery of material
- Visually inspect products for proper surface preparation to insure quality of coatings
- Maintain neutralizing agent and oil separator
- Properly dispose of wastes
- Prepare/Complete reports as needed
- Equipment Maintenance
- Clean guns and hose lines with proper solvent
- Inspect and maintain equipment to insure all quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Recommend repairs to equipment if needed.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Report broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform annual equipment maintenance.
- Paint Department Organization
- Keep wash and masking supplies organized
- Rotate stock to manage supplies expiration dates
- Keep paints and hazardous materials in hazardous storage areas
- All other duties and directed by management
