We are currently seeking Material HandlerCycle Counters to join our team at our facility located in Brazil, IN, 47834. As a Material HandlerCycle Counter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient operations within our manufacturing environment. This position requires a forklift license and previous experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Work will be in warehouse doing functions such as: receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.
• Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
• Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc. May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.,

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• 6 months of forklift experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work first or second shift.

You should be proficient in:

• Forklift Licensed
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
