CDJR Harrisburg is looking for a hard-working, Customer Service Specialist who can add immediate value to our team. This person will serve as a Sales Assistant, to step in and assist with any sales person who has more than one customer at a time.

Essential Duties:
This is a general, not exhaustive, list of the responsibilities of this role:
- Satisfy customers' needs and assist sales team to help them meet or exceed department sales goals
- Learn enough about our vehicles to be conversational
- Provide tours of dealerships to customers
- Understand dealership processes well enough to step in and assist as needed, including but not limited to:
- Build relationships with customers and consult with them to determine their needs
- Help sales associates with overdue tasks
- Making sure vehicles that have been prepped for delivery meet dealership standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree, preferred
- Valid driver's license with less than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- Minimum 2 years of consumer to consumer experience (customer facing)
- Strong MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills

- Making sure vehicles that have been prepped for delivery meet dealership standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned
