Master Esthetician

Enthusiastic individual with knowledge of products and services. We are a Medspa treating skin with medical grade products and services. This position requires in-depth product knowledge. Other services include laser hair removal, microneedling w/PRP, radio frequency treatments, micro-channeling, dermaplaning, and more.

• Performs professional quality facials and Hydrafacials, chemical peels within scope of practice and licensing, based on the individual needs under the guidance of the medical director.
• Assists in promotion of the health and wellness benefits to members receiving routine skincare.
• Assists in the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and common areas.
• Team player with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Completes chart documentation accurately and completely per patient each day after each treatment.
• Communicates various promotions. Sales are part of this job requirement.
• Follows all company policies and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Estheticians will work from 9:00a.m. until 4:30p.m.

Esthetician Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)
• Courteous and professional manner
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Knowledge of and experience in performing facials, HydraFacials, microneedling , product knowledge is required.
• Minimum of 500 hours of skincare education as well as required classroom work
• Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetic services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Esthetics License
• Participation in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred).
