Marriage and Family Therapist (Adolescent Campus)

The Company: We are a behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults who are experiencing an mental, emotional, or substance use crisis including that of PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, etc. Work with a strong team of Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, etc.!
The Position: We are seeking a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC and the following compensation package:
- $60,000 to $75,000+ Salary (Based on Experience)
- W2 Position
- 21 Days of Paid Time Off (Including Paid Holidays)
- Health Insurance - 60% to 90% Covered

- $10,000 employer paid life insurance
Requirements:
- Masters in mental health counseling, psychology or social work required. Other graduate degrees that lead to MHC, MSW or MFT licensure are acceptable.
- Preferred degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Couple and Family Therapy, or similar
- Licensure is preferred
- A variety of clinical theories and modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFFT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian Systems Theory, Structural and Strategic Therapies, Solution Focused and Strengths Based Approaches.
- Experiential approaches to therapy and comfort utilizing experiential methods of therapy.
- Human development and various realms of normal adolescent development.
- Cultural concerns relevant to family therapy and experienced by adolescents in the current climate.
- Substance use, addition, and self harming behaviors.
- Behavior management techniques and comfort navigating behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Full Time opportunities Monday through Friday
- Oversee cases, providing individual and Family therapy; evaluating family dynamics and presenting concerns in patients.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, integrating feedback from medical and group therapist staff into patient treatment.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance to site policy and participate in insurance reviews.
- Lead and/or participate in occasional group therapy session/workshop.
- Aid patients and families in developing treatment goals and treatment plans.
- Aid patients and families in understanding past events and their influence on current beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
- Utilize a systems approach even in individual therapy.
- Help patients develop strategies and skills to change their behavior and to cope with difficult situations.
