JOB TITLE: Marketing Design Coordinator

Physical Requirements:

[ ] Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer.

[ ] Strength and endurance to lift and carry up objects weighing up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis.

[ ] Mobility to bend, twist, stoop, and reach occasionally.

Tribal Department: Marketing

Employee Classification: Non-exempt

Job Summary: Coordinates and implements marketing related communications, job ticket process management, and collateral management. Proofreads all collaterals and complies with branding and style guidelines.

Employee Reports To: Advertising Manager or designee

Extent of Job Authority: Create and manage all Marketing job/design requests and print bid processes for all TGO properties and Hotel.

EDUCATION:

[ ] High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. (Please submit a copy of either document with application)

[ ] Associates Degree from an accredited college preferred. Two years experience in a marketing environment may be

considered in lieu of degree.

SKILLS:

[ ] Must be a self starter, well organized, responsive, and capable of multitasking and decision making.

[ ] Familiarity with marketing processes, graphic design, and writing skills.

[ ] Effective communicator both written and verbal. (Test required)

[ ] Excellent proofreading and grammar skills.

[ ] Must display high level of accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required)

[ ] Must be a team player and able to take direction in a positive manner.

[ ] Ability to type a minimum of 35wpm. (Test required)

[ ] Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE:

[ ] Minimum of four (4) years experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

[ ] Minimum of two (2) years experience working in an advertising agency, in-house advertising/marketing department, mail house

or print house and/or project management.

[ ] Minimum of two (2) years working in a customer based field.

[ ] Experience using Wrike project management system preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

[ ] Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.

[ ] Must attend mandatory guest service training.

[ ] Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots.

[ ] Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.

[ ] Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.

[ ] Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.

Specific Duties Performed:

1.

Administrative support for the production of print, mail, digital, social media, website, email, advertising, and in house collateral.

2.

Assists in providing information, details, and direction for graphic designers.

3.

Gathers specifications and materials to go with job tickets to enable graphic designers to complete the production process.

4.

Manages job ticket tracking system from implementation to finish for all TGO Marketing advertising job tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and within budget.

5.

Organizes and manages job ticket process in a professional and efficient manner.

6.

Coordinates the acquisition of all copy, photography, and artwork necessary for advertising purposes.

7.

Works directly with each department representative to meet the requested advertising needs of the various departments and entities.

8.

Initiates all job tickets communicating with requestors to ensure all information is included to complete the job.

9.

Provides prompt response to all job requests.

10.

Provides TDS with updates on website content.

11.

Manages and prioritizes projects to be printed internally, as well as, oversee, monitor, and ensure timely completion of jobs outsourced to external vendors.

12.

Maintains consistent brand, look, and feel for the company image.

13.

Provides overall marketing support to TGO departments.

14.

Attends training and workshops as required to acquire new skills, keep updated, and maintain current skill level.

15.

Provides direct and consistent communication with department contacts to ensure desired goals are met.

16.

Orders and maintains Marketing department print supplies.

17.

May assist other departments as necessary or requested.

18.

Manages TGO print bid process in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

19.

Maintains an efficient and organized filing system for all related duties.

20.

Follows standard operating procedures established for the Marketing Department.

21.

Maintains the utmost confidentiality of all information seen and/or heard at all times.

22.

Coordinates email and direct mail marketing schedules and provides vendors with files and directions.

23.

Provides direct mail houses and printing vendors with final files on a timely basis.

24.

Cut printed collaterals printed in-house.

25.

Coordinates scheduling of in-house digital signage.

26.

Assists with all other aspects of Marketing as needed and/or requested.

Terms of Employment: This is a Regular Full-time position requiring up to 40 hours per week or 2080 per year.

Pay Rate: $25.91 - $32.39 per hour
