As our Marketing Specialist, What You'll Do:

• Take charge of crafting our brand message and image, guided by the principles of "Building a StoryBrand."
• Work closely with external vendors to execute engaging promotional events and campaigns.
• Let your imagination run wild as you brainstorm and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Dive deep into market research to understand customer needs, habits, and trends
• Showcase your expertise across various marketing channels and activities.

Essential Functions:

• Plans and executes social media marketing campaigns for multiple brands.
• Creates and publishes high-quality digital content across multiple channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, Snapchat, TikTok, and occasionally for print production (brochures, signage, etc.).
• Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence; focuses on social media strategy that converts to sales.
• Captures engaging video and photo content using iPhone and professional camera equipment.
• Contributes to the company’s overall strategic marketing plans; assists with web marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, print marketing, and ad buying campaigns.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Lead, manage, and hold external marketing resources accountable.
• Craft captivating marketing collateral for web, social media, and print.
• Spread the word about EPI Painting and The One Day Floor with compelling storytelling.
• Tackle individual tasks of a marketing plan with enthusiasm and creativity

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
• A solid grasp of marketing elements, including digital strategies and the principles of "Building a StoryBrand."
• Experience with marketing data analytics and tools.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills.
• A dash of commercial awareness paired with a creative spark.
• An educational degree in marketing is preferred.
• Ready to work onsite daily in Gainesville, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely.
