Work with marketing and business development managers to generate and nurture new business opportunities for a variety of technology products and services used by businesses, the military, and government agencies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Author, deliver, edit, and optimize compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively improve brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Determine, and continually analyze, the most effective social media platforms and other digital media formats to target the Company's prospective B2B leads.
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms on a daily basis; posting engaging content and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain and update website content, intranet portal, and other shared data sources to ensure timely and quality material.
- Identify marketing opportunities by planning, implementing, and monitoring direct marketing campaigns that generate the leads and response needed to meet the marketing strategy.
- Manage all brand elements such as logos, presentations, proposal templates, ads, and all other mediums to ensure branding consistency.
- Work with executives, product managers, and others to develop press releases and other promotional materials.
- Formulate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends as requested by management.
- Conceive and implement processes that enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing tools and systems.
- Strong graphic design skillset
- Support trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events for sales, marketing, and HR career fairs; including set-up, maintaining marketing equipment, and development of materials.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and evaluate competition.
- Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD

- Knowledge and understanding of digital and social media content and formats.
- Web savvy with strong desire to stay current with emerging technologies and marketing trends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS in related field.
- A minimum of 5 yearS of related experience.
- Experience using MS Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
