- Develop and execute cutting-edge ROI-focused Paid Media campaigns
- Work closely cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals
- Manage digital ad buys in line with the monthly and annual budget
- Analyze optimization opportunities and implement solutions across multiple platforms for various ad mediums including Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social, Native Advertising, and Digital Display
- Conduct thorough keyword analysis, creating keyword target lists, analyze search volume, and make Paid Search recommendations
- Define, measure and evaluate results and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to partners and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further business interests and advocate for marketing initiatives
- Generate and provide detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders that provide insights and recommendations for next steps
- Ensure that all work adheres to brand standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
- 3+ years’ digital marketing experience in paid search, paid social, and digital display campaigns; agency experience preferred
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns with budgets over $1M per year
- Strong understanding of technical levers, algorithms, quirks and opportunities of Paid Media networks, including paid search networks, the Meta platform, LinkedIn ads, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, TikiTok, Snap and more
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing tracking mechanisms to monitor customer interactions and conversions throughout the customer journey across various digital platforms
- Ability to manage priorities and maximize business impact efforts
- Exceptional communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and able to finish tasks on schedule with minimal supervision
- Quickly master technical information
