- POSITION SUMMARY
- Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist, Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Strategy is responsible for supporting the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns to support strategic marketing objectives for all SolutionHealth entities, including Southern New Hampshire Health and Elliot Health System. This position is responsible for implementing consumer relationship management (CRM) strategies to support strategic marketing objectives and supports other objectives as needed. The incumbent will analyze performance data and business intelligence to report on success of campaigns and build a monthly dashboard report to track measures of campaigns, websites, and social media activity.
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) application to support marketing goals and objectives. Coordinate email and direct mail campaigns, including building content and collaborating on design to meet brand voice, and analyzes success with key performance indicators (KPls).
- Use CRM platform and third-party data to precisely identify and engage with patients based on their health needs and preferences.
- Implement marketing automation to enable long-term engagement with personalized content.
- Deliver insights around customers, competitors, and marketing programs to enhance future campaign performance. Perform and/or review and summarize market share data, competitive research, community needs assessment, consumer insights, outmigration and leakage research to support the development of marketing campaigns for all SolutionHealth entities.
- Perform and/or review market research to understand patient personas to support precise marketing tactics.
- Analyze performance data and business intelligence to report on success of campaigns. Build monthly dashboard reports to track measures of campaigns, website, and social media activity.
- Develop compelling, targeted and accurate content to support marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Collaborate with others on the team to write/edit/coordinate marketing copy to support marketing strategies for SolutionHealth entities, including website copy, blog posts, community education event promotion, and print collateral.
- Develop, execute, and track organic and paid social media, in collaboration with the Content Management Specialist. Make strategy recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate email marketing by writing, designing and building email and drip campaigns, analyze KPIs, and make recommendations for enhanced performance.
- Write, edit, and coordinate marketing copy and content to support the system's marketing strategies.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education -
- Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field required.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing preferred.
- Licensure/certification -
- A minimum of three (3) years of marketing or communications experience, with demonstrated experience in writing and content development, required.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or healthcare communications preferred.
- Knowledge -
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, including understanding of marketing channels to reach target audiences required.
- Familiarity with Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
- Skills -
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills required.
- Willingness to work independently and as a member of a team with shared goals and objectives required.
- Ability to work on occasional nights and/or weekends may be required.
