The Marketing Specialist oversees the coordination and execution of marketing projects in social media, public relations, advertising, marketing materials, and special events. The primary objective is to elevate market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.

$23 - $25 hourly

• Meet regularly with team owner to collaborate on marketing strategies
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, with short-term and long-term goals
• Curate engaging and strategic content to enhance the company’s online presence
• Create and produce company’s publications and marketing materials that reflect the brand’s identity and messaging
• Create and execute a content calendar that organizes the company’s marketing efforts
• Communicate marketing plan and activities effectively to the team
• Work closely with all departments of the team to ensure cohesion and integration on projects
• Keep the team’s message relevant by staying up to date on current market trends

• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, & Capcut or similar software
• Knowledge of CRM or willingness to learn
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Detail oriented and able to organize and prioritize multiple assignments within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong writing skills
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Must be a positive collaborator, self-starter and strive for continuous improvement
• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
