The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing effective marketing campaigns through digital, social and traditional media strategies for both external and internal communication. The specialist will assist in campaign development and analysis, special projects, event coordination and over-all brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITLIES- Serve as an account executive to internal clients. Support all divisions with various marketing needs.
- Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each campaign to create a cohesive feel.
- Anticipates and proactively addresses company marketing needs.
- Create Digital Marketing Campaigns to effectively promote the company.
- Create Social Media Campaigns as needed to include general posting and content generation.
- Analyze Marketing Data to determine the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
- Proactively ensure corporate website, social media, promotional materials, etc. are up to date, professional, and reflective of the company's branding.
- Coordinates and places advertisements in industry publications both in print and online.
- Provide support as needed on the production, content and imagery of newsletters.
- Design, proof, order and coordinate placement/installation of signage across the entire company.
- Assist with event planning / coordination (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, parade of apartments).
- Assist with photo image management.
- Assist with video, photography and sound as needed.
- Responsible for proofing and processing orders of marketing supplies such as case studies, company brochures, team biographies, etc.
- Coordinate sponsorship programs as assigned.
- Responsible for recording billable time daily.
- Perform all other duties assigned and those that may be necessary to achieve company and department goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or any related field from an accredited institution; and/or 3-7 years of equivalent marketing experience.
