JOB SUMMARY

As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, managing Facebook messages, SMS marketing, overseeing Google Shopping ads, and supporting daily sales and marketing operations. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and meet our targets. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop leads by utilizing various online platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead-generation strategies.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers on Facebook Messenger
  • Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and messages.
  • Nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Develop and manage Google Shopping ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and visuals.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets and strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to generate and manage customer reviews to improve brand reputation and credibility.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bring forth your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in Digital Sales, lead generation, and online marketing
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Facebook and SMS marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns
  • Experience utilizing sales CRM tools and added benefit experience with HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Attention to detail, self-development, and time management is a must.
  • Positive mental attitude required.
