ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, send, and measure results of customized email campaigns sent to segmented lists using email marketing and CRM platforms, following editorial calendars
- Assists with website maintenance and content updates in tandem with Senior Marketing Manager & web development agency, coordinate digital assets for each campaign, including content creation, addition, and removal using content management systems
- Partner with internal park departments to maintain required online updates and product additions
- Test and troubleshoot website updates/fixes
- Create monthly social media content calendar across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Produce and create content including posts, reels, videos, stories, etc. for events, promotions, and general park awareness to increase engagement for each channel
- Prepare, send, and measure results of automated SMS campaigns through Mailchimp text platform. Create and manage monthly content calendar
- Write 1-2 blogs monthly in accordance with SEO keywords/content from SEO agency and upload to website
- Serves as marketing liaison to the ticketing team; attends weekly ticketing meetings
- Owns the collateral design and production process for 75+ projects annually. Includes working directly with graphic designers, internal & external stakeholders (hotels, golf, operating departments, sponsors, etc.), on-park sign shop, and off-site printing companies
- Owns the SMP media barter program – solicits stations, negotiates trade buys, provides spots, scripts and/or copy points to stations, requests and delivers tickets, and organizes affidavits for proof of performance from each station
- Processes marketing invoices via finance for timely payment and maintains a spreadsheet comparing expenses to budget; identifies & resolves discrepancies each month
- Manages all on-park activations for radio remotes, partners, and sponsors, including initial details/calls, site visits, set-up, wrap-up, etc.
- Audits on-park collateral and signage monthly
- Manages on-park distribution of collateral (i.e. maps, brochures, flyers, etc.) to gates, campground, hotels, etc.
- Fulfills promotional ticket orders
- Organizes and maintains digital Image & Video Library and Collateral Archive
- Assist Marketing team with Photo & Video shoots as needed
- Serves as point of contact for general marketing inquiries & brochure requests

- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary (associated with Special Events).
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English proficiently.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and ecommerce platforms a plus
- Familiarity with Web technologies and graphic design skills a plus
- Must be detailed oriented and able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to multi-task and work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven relationship management ability with manager, peers, team, key stakeholders, vendors and customers to sustain positive, professional relationships over time.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration with relevant concentration required
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or theme park industry preferred
- Experience creating and sending email/newsletters preferred
- Experience with CMS software preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
