Jack Henry is currently looking for an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional to join our team. This person will be responsible for spearheading the strategic marketing planning and execution of multi-tiered integrated marketing campaigns for products and customer experience events. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our award-winning in-house creative team, events management, corporate communications, strategic industry research, product teams, and sales leadership.

This position requires a solid understanding of how to build integrated marketing campaigns across the buyer journey. We’re looking for a self-starter and results-producer who owns and manages campaigns from planning to execution to cultivating sales qualified leads helping to drive business and loyalty to Jack Henry and their assigned solutions. In this role you will be responsible for strategic marketing planning, development, and oversight of tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including: integrated campaign concepting and development, collateral management, social media, and results reporting.

This position can be based remotely throughout the United States.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary resource for the strategy, development, execution, and results reporting for multi-tactic campaigns that may include email, webinars, telemarketing campaigns, trade advertising, paid media, and others.
  • Serve as the primary resource for the development and maintenance of sales support/marketing materials and ensuring all marketing materials maintain established brand standards.
  • Establish and manage stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration, goal achievement, and results reporting.
  • Responsible for the monthly forecasting of marketing expenses for all respective marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with marketing team for continuous improvement to self, strategic marketing projects, and strategic approach.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
What would be nice for you to have:
  • Experience working in-house creative teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing in the payments or digital banking space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer relations, and project management skills.
  • General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoom experience preferred.
