Your Role in Our Story:
As a Community Outreach Agent with us, you are the frontline hero in our mission. We seek Community Outreach Agents with a blend of compassion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to making a difference. Your role will be pivotal in connecting underserved communities with essential government assistance, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Program Insights:
ACP and ACA are new and transformative government assistance programs making tangible differences in the lives of those who benefit from their benefits. Whether it's connecting families with free or discounted internet services or reshaping healthcare accessibility, your role is pivotal in these national efforts.
What You'll Create:
As an Outreach Agent, your ten-minute application assistance can flip the script on someone’s life story. You're not just entering data; you're unlocking doors to essential services. Our impactful and proven in-person community engagement will be the heartbeat of your outreach efforts.

• Engage with communities via event marketing to raise awareness of crucial government assistance programs.
• Empower individuals by educating and enrolling applicants via a secure and compliant platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations.
• Represent our values and mission through every interaction, serving as an ambassador for OPS of America.
• Participate and seek promotions in the growing organization by working hand in hand with leadership.

What You'll Bring:

• A passion for change, 18 or older, with a clean background check.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Adaptability and a talent for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• A drive to learn and grow within the outreach and nonprofit sector.
• Previous experience in community service or outreach (preferred but not required), sales, event marketing, customer service.
