- Maintains and further develops current client base and pursues license growth opportunities to expand distributor base and site count
- Managers all communications in the assigned region's customer area
- Maintains a growth/sales funnel for all license site distributor and dealers
- Assists management with developing marketing, sales, and pricing strategies, and negotiating sales contracts
- Researches market conditions and communicates to manager
- Assists with crisis management in response to customer issues that arise in the daily course of business
- Manages the license region's brand excellence program reporting and resolution
- Researches customer issues to resolution
- Represents HF Sinclair at industry events such as tradeshows, customer events, industry outings
May perform some of all of the following depending upon role
- Contacts existing and prospective wholesale distributors, bulk buyers, and/or feedstock suppliers and builds business relationships
- Coordinates with management and marketing operations team to meet the client's specific needs
- Develops new markets for the license business
- Maintains an updated knowledge of the license groups financial statement by understanding the drivers in the segment
