Job description

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Provider Relations Representativeto join our team. The Function of the Provider Relations Representative is to support Nuvia Providers, ensuring they are well-informed about Nuvia’s policies and procedures. Additionally, they address any concerns or issues raised by the providers and work to resolve them in a timely manner. This takes place throughout the entire Provider life-cycle; recruiting, onboarding, training, and long-term development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Providers within the Region, scheduling monthly 1-on-1 calls to address their questions, concerns and feedback.
  • Manage the schedule of each provider in the respective centers. This includes making sure the schedule is constantly updated, notifying all parties about changes and finding coverage when needed without affecting productivity.- Manage and analyze data for the Providers to identify trends, areas for improvement and
    potential network gaps.
  • Convey to providers new policies and protocols.
  • Assist on PX-related questions.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Production departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies within the network.
  • Assist on the planning of special projects such as symposiums and training.


Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with the Providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to changes in policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
