Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager at Mi-T-M Corporation plays a pivotal role in driving successful marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. This position requires meticulous planning, effective coordination, and proficient management of campaigns and projects within set timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include evaluating project objectives, coordinating with creative teams, managing content creation, and overseeing the email marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates Marketing Projects and campaigns in alignment with overall business goals
• Evaluates Marketing Project requests, goals, details, costs and deliverables
• Assumes end-to-end ownership of projects, meticulously tracking progress from inception to completion.
• Delegates projects to creative team and sets deadlines in coordination with project timelines
• Collaborates with marketing manager, creative designers and external teams to create and develop content for projects and campaigns
• Proofreads all Marketing Project materials and amends, if necessary
• Plans, develops and implements Mi-T-M's email marketing strategy
• Manages tradeshow booth, module and display inventory
• Distributes press releases and other company updates, news and communications

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or journalism
• Minimum of 2 years of hands- on experience in marketing, project management, or a comparable role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Works well independently and in a group setting
