Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target market segments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.
Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials, to engage our audience and drive brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with creative teams, copywriters, and external agencies to develop high-quality assets that communicate our brand message effectively.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, including messaging, visuals, and customer experiences.
- Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive brand identity and image.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand sentiment, awareness, and perception, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
Digital Marketing and E-commerce:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content and user experience to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to drive online sales.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and customer needs.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure consistency and alignment across departments.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand development, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Experience in the crafting, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
