Position Overview
Arlo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Operations Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our expanding marketing programs and overall company growth. This role will ensure smooth collaboration between marketing and the other Arlo teams.
Work Location
100% Remote (Must be local to DMV area for events and situational marketing meetings at HQ)
Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
Campaign Coordination (20%)
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Arlo products and services in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Data Management (30%)
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and prospect information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategy improvement.
Content Support (10%)
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines are followed.
Event Support (20%)
- Provide logistical support for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate event materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities.
Collaboration with Business Operations (20%)
- Liaise with program operations teams to understand their marketing support needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and program operations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 5 years of experience equivalency.
- Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, like Monday.com
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to self-direct on tactical execution when provided with strategic guidance
- Familiarity with federal government, military, and/or government contracting.
