Job Description:
Web City Properties is a dynamic and innovative real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in assisting in raising investor capital for real estate ventures. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts to attract and retain investors, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at raising capital for real estate investments.
• Utilize SEO and Google Ads to increase online visibility and investor engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Conduct direct sales initiatives to attract new investors and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Create and manage multiple investor marketing initatives including a podcast, investor meetup, and more
• Analyze market trends and investor behavior to refine marketing tactics.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Create informative and engaging marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
• Organize and participate in events, webinars, and investor meetings to promote the company’s investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital through marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment concepts and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience in direct sales and a strong understanding of sales principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
