The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Chosen Foods Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager assists with telling the brand story & driving brand buzz through influencer, PR, social, and national marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager leads agencies & influencers to plan, develop, and execute campaigns in alignment with the overarching goals of marketing and sales. They are also responsible for leading strategy and execution of influencer and PR.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that extend Brand Strategy into the influencer realm.
- Develop influencer strategy across earned and paid and both micro and macro influencers.
- Find and foster influencer relationships to establish brand partners/ advocates (e.g., send product, brief on the brand, etc.)
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Leads PR agency & strategy to drive brand strategy through earned media.
- Leads social strategy and agencies and owns content calendars.
- Responsible for organic social community management across platforms
- Fosters and develop brand partnerships.
- Aids in development of sales decks to show how Chosen is a hot brand worthy of consideration.
- Manages PR & Influencer Budget
- Assists marketing VP across other comms components like creative and paid media.

- 3-5 years in a marketing role
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work well and communicate within a team as well as externally.
- Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple activities and assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to switch between projects quickly and meet a variety of deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with ability to prioritize work.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Shopify plus, and Amazon Seller Central. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Highly proficient in Klaviyo, Google Ads and Analytics (preferably certified), and Meta Ads
- Ability to develop internal relationships, demonstrate a team-building attitude, and foster cross-functional cooperation.

Work Environment:
Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building with open floor plan. This job operates in a professional office environment with a business casual dress code. This role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
