• Public Sector Marketing Programs:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs tailored to the public sector, ensuring alignment with organization goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Contegix public sector sales team to identify opportunities for increased awareness and lead generation.
  • Research industry events and make recommendations on which to sponsor and at what level.
  • Build lists from database tools such as ZoomInfo for targeted email and digital campaigns.

• Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events targeting B2B and B2G audiences, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from conception to post-event analysis.
  • Use HubSpot to streamline event management processes, track attendee engagement, and analyze event success metrics.

• Digital Marketing:
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate leads within the B2B and public sector spaces.
  • Use HubSpot tools to optimize lead generation, build landing pages, create lead nurturing workflows, and ongoing customer engagement strategies.
  • Work with outside vendors on digital advertising campaigns including paid social media and paid search.
  • Report on digital marketing metrics from social platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and contribute to the development of sales enablement materials.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Work within the marketing team on social media campaigns, content creation and design, and lead flow/lead management.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on the public sector (B2G) or related industries/services is required.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and demonstrated proficiency in using it for marketing automation is required.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong background in planning and executing successful events, from small-scale seminars to large conferences is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives.
• Mid-level experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful B2B and B2G marketing campaigns is preferred.

• Some travel is required:
  • Approximately 2-3 conferences per year (estimated 2-4 days per).
  • Management of local storage units (Reston, VA) and marketing inventory.
