Job Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager oversees all activities related to the creation and curation of marketing artifacts for assigned products. You will be the key contact for internal stakeholders and customers for marketing content. Working with your marketing co-workers and senior OHI management, you will implement strategies to drive profitable revenue growth for your product category and lead the execution of those strategies with the other OHI functions. You will have or gain a deep understanding of the use of your product lines by OHI customers and the needs your product addresses with those customers. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining the competitive matrix for assigned products, industry trends, and applicable reimbursement trends.
You will serve as an ambassador of the OHI master brand and assigned product categories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Establish positive and collaborative working relationships with sales and other relevant departments and company leadership.
- Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits, and corporate messaging into stories for use by sales and marketing.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns using various strategies to produce leads and brand awareness.
- Generate content for marketing artifacts, including web, social media, print, advertising, and video.
- Create presentations for customer meetings, events, and conferences.
- Develop email marketing initiatives to promote products and brand messaging.
- Research and create patient-facing content for use by practitioners and customers.
- Contribute to tradeshow marketing strategies for assigned brands.
- Attend assigned tradeshows as OHI brand ambassador and product subject matter expert.
- Other duties as assigned.
Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain expertise in competitive products, services, and go-to-market strategies. Document in OHI’s competitive matrix.
- Conduct periodic interviews, including customer/client interviews/surveys, to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for webinars and white paper strategies.
Project Management
- Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
- Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to the production team and leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience within the medical industry.
- Experience working closely with and supporting a sales organization.
- Creative thinker, excellent listener, and highly accomplished verbal and written communicator.
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize simultaneous projects and deliver desired results on time and on/under budget.
- Experience with CRM tools, web conferencing, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Access to working Wi-Fi at home office.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Available to travel within the US and Canada up to eight times yearly.
