We are currently seeking a Communication Manager to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information to be communicated within and outside the program
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with AMMP goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with all areas of AMMP to identify internal and external customers’ communication needs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on other states; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
- Develop and execute all communications strategies for the AMMP Program
- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies; and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in communications or business administration including:
o Minimum 3 years of experience in training
o Minimum 3 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, technical writing, business administration or similar field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to think strategically and plan communications that align with the organization's goals
- Ability to come up with creative solutions and ideas for communicating messages
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85,000 - 140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
