Marketing Manager Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully growing revenue for newly launched ecommerce marketplaces.
2. Experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, and Wayfair Essential.
3. Building, executing and owning the marketing function with a core focus on demand generation.
4. Leading and collaborating with our revenue and product teams on strategic planning and implementation of marketing, sales, and account-based campaigns including messaging, content planning, emails, landing pages, website, blogs, sales collateral and enablement, client case studies, and meeting and events.
5. Working as a dedicated coach to your team - their success is your success and priority.
6. Mass Listing Management: Proficiency in efficiently managing large volumes of product listings across multiple marketplaces.
7. Organic Optimization: Strong knowledge of organic optimization strategies to improve product visibility and rankings.
8. PPC Campaign Management: Proven ability to strategize, execute, and optimize PCC campaigns for ecommerce platforms.
9. ERP Intergration: Experience in integrating automation with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning systems) for seamless order processing, inventory management, and data synchronization.
10. Connector Software Expertise: Familiarity with connector software such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and Informed to facilitate automation and streamline processes.
11. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ability to work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and maintain optimal account health.
12. Email Management: promptly handle all necessary emails related to ecommerce operations, including customer inquiries, order processing, and platform communications.
13. Team Huddle Updates: Lead morning team huddles, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and project updates for the ecommerce division as a whole.
Qualifications:
1. Four-year college degree in related discipline (Business, Marketing)
2. Experience in both B2C E-Commerce sales.
3. Minimum 5 years direct and successful E-Commerce Sales and/or B2B Sales role.
4. Minimum 5 years of people management experience, preferably at the Director level.
5. Minimum 5 years of reporting, analytics and data mining.
