Marketing Manager

Vident Asset Management is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team locally in the Alpharetta area. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the President of Sales & Marketing and a dynamic and growing team.

Founded in 2013, Vident boasts a unique portfolio of ETFs, serves as a trusted sub-advisor within the ETF industry, specializes in crafting bespoke indexes and models, and supports a robust SMA platform. We traditionally partner with institutional investors, asset managers, and the wealth management firms to Bring Investment Ideas to Life. 

What you’ll do:

• Supports the effort to analyze industry trends, marketing strategies, and service performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis
• Research competitors to stay current with trends, products or services on the market
• Work with the sales team to develop and implement successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and retain current clients
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new products or services that comply with organizational standards and core values
• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
• Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
• Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
• Offer advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Oversee Vident’s website and Social Media presence
• Communicating reporting on the data around marketing campaigns
• Willingness to own Media Management for the organization
• Work with Compliance for approval of media submissions

Who you are:

• You have a B.S. or M.S. in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Business Management/Administration or relevant major
• You have 3-7 years of related work experience
• You have strong Microsoft 365 skills
• You have strong communication skills and an aptitude for learning new things quickly
• You have comprehensive knowledge and experience with Investment Management, ETF or mutual funds
• You have Adobe InDesign software knowledge
• You possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• You pay keen attention to detail and have the ability to discreetly handle confidential data
• You possess strong organizational skills and proactive planning, with an ability to respond to urgent requests
