You should bring to the table some knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital and grassroots tactics for B2B and B2C divisions of healthcare.
Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day tasks of the marketing department, which may include marketing administration tasks, as well as support of the creative strategy and execution of projects and tasks
• Be outside the box thinker for lead generation: creating intrigue and building demand for our products and services
• Collaborate with other departments and department team members to develop projects and fully execute them down to the finest detail
• Adapt strategies to fit multiple audience segments: B2C, B2B, and internal "clients" (i.e., sales team and active practitioners)
• Support maintenance of brand standards, brand continuity, and brand storytelling
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Work with and manage vendors that support project execution
• Develop omnichannel communication plans rooted in business and event objectives
• Communicate event priorities and objectives for the communications plan, presenting to management and tracking progress throughout the year
• Lead and execute the content plan for events, including creative direction, interviews, content creation, and post-production editing. Manage internal and external videographers and photographers
• Measure and evaluate communications data to make strategic decisions and enhance effectiveness
• Function as a confident ambassador for each customer-facing global event, focusing on driving awareness internally and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partners, and Community organizations
• Build and manage relationships, expectations, and creative briefs with agencies and internal stakeholders
• Take a customer-centric approach, aligning with marketing trends, creating memorable moments, and personalizing communications for the target audience
• Write, manage, and maintain communication updates across all event types and provide monthly entries to the internal company newsletter
• Drive and Manage campaign assets (website copy, social media posts, blogs, emails, videos, newsletters, etc.) to promote events and drive audience acquisition, working in a cross-functional team
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher and/or experience in relevant field: healthcare marketing (new graduates welcome)
• Experience in the healthcare space is a plus but not required
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Good communicator and capable of effective collaboration with team members and throughout the organization
• Proven track record of understanding and applying basic concepts of marketing for both ground and digital strategies
• Experience designing the visual feel of websites with an understanding of the balance between UX/UI
• Savvy with computers, technology, automation, and digital space
• Basic understanding and experience with some digital marketing tools and platforms (and be eager and willing to learn any that you are not familiar with)

Note: This position is on-site in Southlake, Texas, Monday through Friday 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. with late nights, and early mornings, and work on Saturdays when EVEXIAS hosts its practitioner conferences in Southlake approximately every six weeks (sometimes more frequently).
