Contec, Inc. the global leader in contamination control products and cleaning tools is growing! We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team supporting the Health Care Unit. Contec Healthcare provides contamination control products and support for sterile and nonsterile compounding pharmacies and home infusion to maintain a microbial state of control in their pharmacy.
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing and communications initiatives for a specified strategic business unit. In this position, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to build the Contec brand and drive demand within the respective market segments. They will serve as the primary point-of-contact for the business unit’s marketing needs. They will oversee the success of the marketing program (in collaboration with the business unit stakeholders) to ensure that the strategic goals are accomplished and KPIs are met. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary marketing partner for the specified business unit and attend regular business unit meetings to stay aware of business needs
- Develop and execute the marketing communications strategy to build the brand and improve customer engagement
- Oversee the planning of the business unit’s advertising and tradeshow programs and ensure successful implementation
- Develop and use metrics to evaluate marketing programs
- Regularly report on the results of communications plans
- Suggest new ideas and campaigns to drive engagement with target audiences
- Ensure that brand values and visual identity are incorporated into deliverables
- Collaborate with multimedia, digital, and communication teams to produce valuable content for customers and prospects
- Research, write and/or take primary responsibility for the content and production of press releases, material collateral, social media posts, and website content
- Liaise with trade media, both proactively and reactively
- Assist in managing the work of outside agencies (public relations, advertising)
- Participate and work within ISO 9001 quality standards guidelines in accordance with Contec’s quality goals
- Plan and attend industry trade shows as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field plus 5+ years’ experience including marketing and communications; and/or combination of education and experience. Prior B2B experience preferred.
