Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs.
• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each player's goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game.
• Organize and facilitate tennis events, tournaments, and social gatherings to enhance the club experience for members.
• Collaborate with club management to promote tennis programs, recruit new players, and ensure the overall success of the tennis program.

Requirements:

• USPTA or PTR certification preferred, but not required.
• Extensive playing experience and a strong understanding of tennis fundamentals and strategy.
• Proven track record of coaching success, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate players of all ages and abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the needs of our members.
