Marketing Manager - Digital Ii

Summary:
Client’s Events & Brand Technology is looking for an Event Technology Specialist to join the team focused on our in-person event experiences. You will get a chance to run some of the best events in the world, getting an insider’s view into why Company’s events are the industry benchmark for experiential marketing, all while providing guidance to our strategic events partners on how best to use technology to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:

• Partnering with event leads to plan how technology will be applied to an event
• Facilitating pre-event scrum-style meetings and tech-focused configuration workshops
• Proactively identifying and managing programs risks and issues, while always being transparent with stakeholders about the risk posture of the program
• Facilitating pre-launch testing (e.g., registration launch, agenda builder launch)
• Facilitating end-to-end testing of onsite technology
• Partnering with agencies and technology vendors to ensure planning and onsite procedures are adhered to and improved upon
• Assessing the success of how technology enhanced the event and providing feedback to the Brand Tech product managers to guide the product roadmap

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the event technology/ registration management / operations role
• 2+ years’ experience in operations or project or program management
• Proven ability in creating and managing relationships balancing conflicting stakeholder requirements
• Operational and project management rigor to consistently communicate accurate information with ability to speak truth to power
• Excellent communication skills with ability to differentiate communications to various levels of audiences using different mediums
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-volume, high-intensity volume of event execution responsibilities.

Preferred Requirements:

• PMP certified project management certification
• Experience running registration or event technology operations at events
• Experience with the Rain Focus events platform

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
