Job Description
Reporting to the CIO, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading ICNA Relief’s National Marketing strategy and monitoring digital presence on various technical/social media platforms. Implement key branding initiatives across all digital platforms. Provide guidance and mentorship to various Marketing team staff, align them to the vision of the organization.
Also responsible for enhancing ICNA Relief’s brand and supporting our organizational growth. This will include developing and promoting a positive and strong brand image for ICNA Relief.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all marketing related activities, strategies and plans
- Monitor email marketing campaigns and content
- Review & monitor all social media strategy and content
- Develop a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy
- Provide guidelines for branding ICNA Relief logo and image.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Coach and mentor various staff to ensure that goals and vision of the organization are met
- Assigning tasks to various team members, including designers, social media and email marketing
