We are looking for a permanent, in-office, full-time Marketing Manager to join our 40+ growing team! 

 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Leads the Marketing Team.
  2. Collaborate with the Executive Team consisting of the Sales Director, Operation Co-Directors for Pre-Suit and Litigation, Finance Director, Human Resource Director and Information Technology Director.
  3. Reports to the CEO.
  4. Know, promote and protect the 770GOODLAW brand.
  5. Hire and train new Marketing Team Members.
  6. Know Marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI for each channel.
  7. Optimize all marketing channels for maximum ROI.
  8. Oversee our branded merchandise.
  9. Continuously evolve all Marketing systems.
  10. Analyze market trends and adjust all Marketing systems accordingly.
  11. File all advertising campaigns with the Georgia Bar and maintain a good working relationship with the Advertising & Ethics Division representative.
  12. Quarterly Duties:
    1. Facilitate and engage at least 500 former clients, current clients, families & friends, and Team Members participation in the 4 major marketing events outside of the office:
      1. Red Gala (the Winter Event);
      2. Client Appreciation Cookout (the Spring Event);
  • Lake Day (the Summer Event)); and
  1. ThankFall Gala (the Fall Event).
  1. Purchase vehicles and wrapping them.
  2. Increase GOOD leads by 5% per quarter.
  1. Monthly Duties:
    1. Review, authorize, monitor and report all marketing detailed expenses to the CFO monthly.
    2. Oversee Newsletter.
  2. Weekly Duties:
    1. Meets and collaborates with the CEO for .5 hour weekly.
    2. Define then design, measure weekly, analyze, continuously improve and control all Marketing initiatives with budget.
      1. Improve all current producing Marketing systems.
      2. Add new Marketing systems.
  • Eliminate non-producing Marketing systems.
  1. Collaborate with the Information Technology Director to report all existing advertising campaigns per channel for total cost, cost per lead, cost per new client with duration for each channel, weekly chase numbers and weekly loss leads to the Executive Team.
  2. Oversee Client Advisory Board.
  3. Meets with the Executive Team for 1.5 hours to go over Marketing weekly.
  4. Self-assessment and assessments for all other Executives for .5 hours weekly.
  1. Daily Duties:
    1. Lead the current Marketing Team.
    2. Collaborate with the New Client Specialist Director (our Sales Director) to manage a cross-function Marketing/Sales Team of around 8 Brand Ambassadors to achieve our monthly targeted conversion, lower chase numbers and eliminate loss good leads.
    3. Define, measure weekly, analyze, continuously improve and control all existing marketing initiatives.
    4. Define, measure, analyze, design and validate all new marketing initiatives.
    5. Oversee VIP Marketing, Doctor Referral and Attorney Referral Marketing systems.
    6. Collaborate with Operation Co-Director and oversee the Survey systems for NPS.


What is required to succeed in this role:

  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a Team, fostering a culture of positivity, discipline and competitiveness.
  • Proven Revenue Growth Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies, particularly in growing a company with around 40 Team Members to 200 Team Members in 5 years;
    • Experience in marketing, advertising and lead generation.
    • Experience in social media marketing.
    • Experience in search engine marketing including LSA, GMB and PPC.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization;
    • Technically savvy with above average computer/internet/software skills to collaborate our Information Technology Director. Levitate and SimplySurvey are a must reuqirement.
    • Experience using Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok and YouTube in a business setting.
    • In depth knowledge of data analysis. What to track and why.
    • Proficient in providing evidence-based reports.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively;
  • Project Management: Must know project management from new, maintenance, upgrade, strategic, tactical and operational projects and be able to design scoring to assess project
    progresses objectively;
  • Design: Proficient in architecting marketing systems.
  • Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advance degrees or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Belts are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years leading a Marketing Team for a company of at least 100 employees. Experience from either the Plumbing, Electrical, and/or HVAC industry is preferred.

 

 

 

Base Pay of range $72,000 to $96,000 depending on experience, track record and immediate contribution.

16-20 -28 hours a week

21-25 -24 hours a week

26-30 - 20 hours a week
