Marketing Intern, Us Hematology

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

We are currently seeking undergraduate junior and MBA students working towards a degree in Business, Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or Finance for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2024.

Learning Objectives/Goals of the Position:

• Gain experience in Oncology marketing and brand strategy within the Pharma industry.
• Drive tactical execution of branded and unbranded marketing initiatives that support Hematology franchise ambition.
• Develop core skills required to successfully contribute to the marketing and brand leadership function.

Primary Duties:

• Lead and support the development of marketing tactics that drive education towards both healthcare professional and consumer audiences.

• Create social media campaigns, digital emails, and market research initiatives to raise awareness and capture customer perception on various AZ Hematology initiatives.

• Support the project management and pull-through of specific congress activities, educational programs, and Blood Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) tactics.

• Provide overall franchise support to assist in business planning activities and above brand priorities/projects.
