Job Description
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
We are currently seeking undergraduate junior and MBA students working towards a degree in Business, Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or Finance for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2024.
Learning Objectives/Goals of the Position:
- Gain experience in Oncology marketing and brand strategy within the Pharma industry.
- Drive tactical execution of branded and unbranded marketing initiatives that support Hematology franchise ambition.
- Develop core skills required to successfully contribute to the marketing and brand leadership function.
Primary Duties:
Lead and support the development of marketing tactics that drive education towards both healthcare professional and consumer audiences.
Create social media campaigns, digital emails, and market research initiatives to raise awareness and capture customer perception on various AZ Hematology initiatives.
Support the project management and pull-through of specific congress activities, educational programs, and Blood Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) tactics.
Provide overall franchise support to assist in business planning activities and above brand priorities/projects.
