• Information management and organization:

Review and update marketing materials and organize files to be shared online with global audiences.

• Presentation and Discovery Meeting Templates:

Craft templates that elevate the quality of presentations and streamline discovery meetings, enhancing communication and collaboration.

• Project Management:

Dive into project management, gaining hands-on experience in planning, execution, and coordination.

• Support Quick Turnaround Projects:

Navigate fast-paced projects that demand agility and creativity, honing your ability to deliver under tight timelines.

• Bandwidth Projects:

Engage in projects that test your capacity and adaptability, providing a comprehensive understanding of your capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the marketing team in all areas from Brand, Advertising, Social, Marketing to event, Communication and Digital Growth

• Create Compelling Presentations:

Develop captivating presentations that effectively convey ideas and strategies.

• Meeting Participation and Minute-Taking:

Actively attend meetings, contribute insights, and skillfully document meeting minutes.

• Questionnaire Creation:

Construct insightful questionnaires that facilitate comprehensive understanding and discovery.

• Copy Editing Processes:

Perfect your attention to detail by engaging in copy editing tasks, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Information Input and Collaboration:

Input and manage information while collaborating closely with Senior Project Managers, gaining exposure to their expertise.

• Contribute to Quick Turnaround Projects:

Work alongside the hiring manager on quick turn projects, applying your skills in a fast-paced, real-world setting.

• Junior or Senior studying in a related field
