Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of AI algorithms, models, and software for advanced applications in speech and language, as well as the research of innovative methods and the creation of new services. You will do work that is critical to the success of the organization. A manager will guide, mentor, and teach you some of the critical elements of your chosen career pathway.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and productize AI technology for new markets.
- Develop, train, validate, and deploy deep learning models.
- Stay up to date of current technologies and research in the field.
- Develop data management, processing, and analysis strategies for improving models.
- Collaborate with other team members on special projects that involve multiple areas of expertise.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not manage employees.

Education
- Minimum: Upper-level BA/BS or MS/MA
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree
Experience
- Some experience with AI, ML, or computer vision is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in data science, NLP and AI.
- Experience in Python and ML tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong software and data science skills.
- Experience with automatic speech recognition (ASR) or text-to-speech (TTS) is a plus.
- Experience with LLMsS, prompt engineering, and training end-to-end models a plus.
- Experience with AWS, including AWS SageMaker is a plus.
- Experience with computer vision, classification, estimation, language translation, speaker identification, summarization, accent detection, sentiment analysis, feature extraction, echo cancellation, named entity extraction, ensemble methods, and data-driven dialogs, is a plus.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
