Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on social media strategy, traditional and digital content creation, brand adherence, pre-and-post branch opening support, and analytical analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Social media accounts:
- Opportunity to create original text and video content, manage posts and respond to followers.
- You will learn to manage Select's image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Opportunity to attend event installations for experience and create content for social media.
- Email Campaigns:
- Opportunity for content creation focusing on relaying important company information and awareness of products and branches.
- Opportunity to learn Customer Relations & Campaign Management system to see how email campaigns are developed, launched, and managed
- Data Analysis:
- Learn how to analyze data per campaign to determine if KPI's were met and success of campaign
- Analyze data monthly for overall health of digital strategy and find areas of opportunity
- Content Creation:
- Opportunity to create content as needed to aid traditional and marketing strategy
- Work within Adobe suite and Canva Pro
- Image Cataloging:
- Assist with sourcing and saving professional images from the events we work on to incorporate into marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Have completed at least Sophomore year of related BS
- Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their capabilities
- Bonus – familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
