We are looking for a driven, project management-focused intern to join the marketing team at OpenX. This role will work collaboratively across the marketing team on a variety of projects and initiatives, and provide the candidate with hands-on experience in B2B marketing and advertising technology. Key responsibilities include supporting events, swag development and collection, virtual events and working with the larger OpenX marketing team to support content development in many cases. This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer of 2024, based in New York.
What You Will Do:
- Project management
- Swag development and management
- Supporting events team, with tactical planning, packing, shipping and post-event follow-up activities
- Marketing automation and reporting support
What You Will Bring:
- Candidates who have recently graduated or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (liberal arts degrees welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong writer with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and the willingness to not shy away from analytics and raw data
- Passion for technology or advertising/media industry
- Proactive, flexible, willing to jump in where needed, and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience using Google Docs and building presentations in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint
