Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scale event logistics support for external client-facing events, tradeshows, corporate events, webinars, training events, and virtual events. This will require a high-level of organizational skills, detailed planning, and proactive communication
- Serve as the project manager for all groups involved in the event planning process and provide onsite support. This includes but is not limited to vendor coordination, event timelines & decisions, marketing & creative execution, event setup etc
- Manage budgets, food and beverage orders, audio visual orders, rooming lists, signage/displays orders, transportation requests, contract speakers or entertainers, procure promotional products, etc.
- Partner with marketing team members and stakeholders in appropriate departments to develop marketing materials such as client invitations, brochures, signage, digital ads, email communications, etc.
- Research opportunities and contact vendors regarding marketing opportunities surrounding in-person events for higher brand awareness visibility
- Collaborate on the development of marketing campaigns to support the event’s promotion, including landing pages, registration forms, ad assets, etc.
- Generate and present advanced post-event recaps, reporting and analytics
- Strive to learn and research new innovative concepts and tools to enhance event experiences, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance our event quality
