Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. We are a luxury wellness and medical spa in Beverly Hills. Knowledge of the industry is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
- Determine product demand and customer awareness
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Digital marketing
- Build out strong web and social media presences. Optimize the website for search engine rankings. Run targeted social media ads. Track analytics to see what's working.
- Public relations
- Look for opportunities to get the medspa and its doctors featured in local media like magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. This helps build credibility. Develop pitch ideas and maintain media contacts.
- Content marketing
- Create educational blogs, videos, infographics about different procedures and wellness topics. Share on website and social channels. Build an opt-in email list.
- Events and seminars
- Host free seminars by doctors to discuss topics like anti-aging, body sculpting treatments, etc. Collect leads. Sponsor local charity or community events for exposure.
- Referral programs
- Offer incentives for existing patients and providers to refer new customers. Track referrals to thank referrers.
- Targeted advertising
- Use tools like Facebook/Instagram ads to target people by interest/location. Test different creatives. Retarget website visitors.
- Analytics
- Track key metrics like leads, calls, appointments, conversions. Analyze to improve strategies and identify top performing tactics.
- Foster partnerships
- Look for synergistic businesses to partner with for cross-promotions like doctors, gyms, spas, etc. The goal is to build awareness of the brand, attract new patients through multiple touchpoints, and increase loyalty through exceptional customer experiences. Data-driven marketing is key.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in the wellness spa and/or medical spa field is required
- Education in the related field is strongly encouraged
- Bachelor's degree
