How You'll Make a Difference:
The Marketing Director is responsible for growing the market by creating and implementing marketing plans to increase, manage and optimize brand awareness and member engagement. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, the Marketing Director will be responsible for the collaborative development and execution of corporate and regional omni-channel marketing strategies. The role serves as the primary market resource for all marketing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, review, and maintenance of new and existing policies and procedures
- Responsible for growing the market by creating and implementing marketing plans to increase, manage and optimize Arkos' brand experience and overall awareness
- Responsible for identifying organizational needs and spearheading market research to inform marketing strategies across departments
- Support and attend educational, social, and strategic provider, broker, member and community events in collaboration with relevant departments
- Support clinical and quality programs to ensure member satisfaction supports brand standards.
- Support the development of internal and external communications to ensure Arkos' brand integrity, standards and experience are consistently met
- Coordinate, edit, and proof, with high attention to detail, all marketing media placed on behalf of Arkos Health and affiliated partners within the market.
- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, including traditional, digital and social media platforms, community involvement, press relations and strategic partnerships.
- Regularly report on marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Set marketing objectives & goals, define & track KPIs and present reports to market and executive leaders
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of fully integrated marketing experience
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare insurance knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience
