Marketing Director

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including copywriting, advertising sales, e-commerce, social media marketing, marketing automation, sales, budgeting, content marketing, WordPress, and email marketing.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role
- Strong knowledge of copywriting, advertising sales, e-commerce, social media marketing, marketing automation, sales, budgeting, content marketing, WordPress, and email marketing
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $73,448.97 - $88,454.67 per year
